Plans are underway to integrate the Cornell and Michigan MoA collections in order to provide unified access across the entire body of materials--over 1.5 million page images. An initial phase, integrated browsing, will explore a number of issues of interoperability in a distributed environment. Such work will contribute to ongoing discussions of distributed digital library architecture and protocols.
